Saturday June 20, 2009, was perhaps the rainiest day in an already tempestuous year that certainly was no friend to many a highly paid professional—let alone the average "starving artist." Speaking of the latter, something needs to be said about anyone predisposed to cause their parents to wonder what it is they do for a living; a living which can be summarized in two words: "Hopeful Optimism." Thus, and regardless of the context, and until their last breath, artists must and will create. Meanwhile, back on the proverbial farm, we could wait for a green light from "Corporate-America-Land" no longer.

"World recession? What world recession?!"

Never mind how badly things were getting nor how costly it was to "harvest and synthesize" each specimen worthy of the Virtual Pose® brand name, for we had artists "starving" for new material. Of course, we could have cut corners — for example — by drastically reducing the amount of views per pose to (say) 24 views instead of 36 and just handed over a stack of JPEG images to open one at a time... but that would have meant going against our mission to provide the capability to smoothly rotate the model a full 360 degrees, onscreen or projected on a wall, at will, with image zooming, panning, and printing capabilities. But most importantly, it has always been — and still is — the artist's unhindered option to freely turn the model while drawing, painting, or sculpting that offers the ability to better comprehend the three-dimensional aspect of the form while incrementally feeding the creative subconscious. All this aside, it's just cool to be able to spin the model around! And to make it even cooler, we shamelessly experimented with different lighting schemes. So behold this wonderful set of poses featuring 2 exquisite models in a series of classically-inspired poses, priced to sell immediately.

Anyone who purchases Virtual Pose ® through our online store (the ONLY authorized seller of the Virtual Pose ® online collection) and downloads them, is therefore granted a license to produce and sell original artwork that may closely resemble the photographic images presented in the Virtual Pose ® QTVR movies ("The Poses").

(In other words, the Poses are NOT "Royalty Free" and you must treat the virtual models as you would real models: using their photographs without permission is prohibited. However, you may create art based upon the poses. Feel free to draw, paint, and sculpt them as closely as possible to the original images. However, you cannot use the actual "pixels" from the photographs.)
